Confirming exchange product availability before planning on-chain moves

Guides · 2026-10-07

Many on-chain plans include an exchange at some point: buying an asset to bridge, withdrawing to a particular network or depositing proceeds from a protocol. Those plans depend on the exchange offering the right product and network to your account, and what is offered can depend on the rules that apply to you and on changes over time. Discovering a gap after funds are already moving is stressful and leads to rushed alternatives. This guide explains how to confirm availability first on Binance, OKX, Bybit or Bitget. It makes no claims about any country.

Check inside your own account

Sign in to the official app and look for the exact asset and network you plan to use on both the deposit and withdrawal pages. Read any notices. If a product, network or feature does not appear for your account, plan around that fact rather than relying on what other people report. Screenshots from other accounts or locations are not a reliable guide to what you can use.

Confirm both directions

A network may be available for deposits but not for withdrawals, or the reverse, and either can be paused temporarily. Check both directions for every step in your plan. Write the plan down with the asset and full network name for each leg, then confirm each leg against the app and the receiving side before moving any funds.

Respect the limits that apply

If a product or network is not available to you, do not try to unlock it by misstating your location or using tools to hide it. That breaches the terms you agreed to and can lead to restrictions on your account, including problems withdrawing. Choose a different route that your account supports, even if it is less convenient.

Test the route end to end

Once every leg checks out, run the whole route with a small amount first and confirm that each step arrives as expected. Record transaction IDs for each leg. Only then move larger amounts. Ignore offers from third parties promising special access or routes that get around official limits, which are a common route to fraud. A plan checked in advance is far easier to follow than one repaired halfway through.
